H.E Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer is Dubai Electricity & Water Authority’s MD & CEO since 1991. He is also the Vice Chairman of Dubai’s Supreme Council of Energy, since 2009 and a member of the Government of Dubai’s Executive Council. Mr. Al Tayer has graduated from USA in 1984 and has more than 27 years of global experience in the field of telecommunication, energy, and water.
